I’ve looked through your website and some catalogues, but I want to actually see some products. Do you have any samples?


Key Innovations has one of the largest showrooms in western Canada, displaying over 3,000 products including wearables, writing instruments, drinkware, pocket and desk items and so much more. You can drop by our showroom anytime between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

What is the minimum quantity that I am required to order?


That will depend on the product purchased. Some products are available in quantities as few as one piece, while others may start at 10,000 pieces. Generally speaking, the greater the per unit price, the smaller the minimum quantity.

How long does it usually take to produce an order?


Production time varies greatly, depending on the product purchased. Some items can be produced within a few days or even overnight. Typically it takes two to four weeks for apparel and most hard goods. Custom orders can take anywhere from eight to twelve weeks. Delivery time is extra.

After the product is produced, how long is the delivery time?


Shipping depends on where the product originates from. Anything produced locally can be delivered the same day. Any products originating from Eastern Canada will take seven days for ground shipment. Products coming from the U.S. or Quebec usually take eight days (sometimes longer for cross border shipments).


What other charges are involved, besides the actual cost of the product?


All applicable taxes will apply, as well as any freight, duty or brokerage charges. With most of our imprinted products, set-up charges may also apply. They vary from product to product.


How do I know your company is reputable? How do I know you will be there when my order is ready for delivery?


We have been in business in Surrey, British Columbia for 26 years, with over 50 years of industry experience. We belong to an industry association, the Promotional Product Professionals of Canada (PPPC) and the Advertising Speciality Institute (ASI). Outside of our industry, we have been active members of the Surrey Board of Trade (since 1986) and the Fraser Valley Executive Association.

Our company has multiple locations across Canada and the United States. Are you able to ship to our various locations?


We will ship to multiple destinations anywhere in the world. However, when shipping to other countries, duty and brokerage charges may apply. Just let us know your requirements and we will do the rest.

I want to be able to see the product I’m going to purchase before the whole order is produced. Can you do this?


Product proofs are time consuming and expensive, but can be done. There are more economical alternatives, however. We can show you what your imprint would look like on the samples we have in our showroom. We can also electronically create computer-generated virtual spec samples on many of our products, giving you a full 3D view.

Our company has printed pens and mugs in the past. We are looking for something new and different. What have you got?


We have access to over 700,000 different imprintable products, sourced from across Canada and around the world. It is our job to find products unique to your particular needs. Just tell us what kind of promotion you would like to do, how many items you need, your budget and who the end-user will be, and we will take care of the rest.

Can I buy product directly from your suppliers?


Suppliers to the promotional products industry deal exclusively with industry distributors just like us. In this way, the industry can monitor itself, ensuring the highest quality products available at a fair market price. And because they deal exclusively with distributors they are able to provide education, support, product updates and imprinted materials directly to their “sales force” – the distributors. This means that the end user will receive products of the highest quality, printed properly with an imprint that will last, and they will receive the same product for the same price as from any other distributor. Most of our suppliers have been in business for a number of years and are very good at what they do.


So if you have the same products at the same price as every other distributor, why should I buy from you?


With over 26 years in business, our reputation and experience speak for themselves. As well as the many thousands of imprinted advertising products we carry, we also have one of the largest showrooms in Western Canada. Add to this the ability to source these products abroad, inhouse artwork preparation, pre-production samples and exceptional relationships with our suppliers (allowing us to offer you better pricing and faster production times). We offer a wide variety of programs (recognition, incentive, safety, fulfilment, etc.), distribute free catalogues and promotional materials and produce online catalogues specialising in the products that interest you. But the most important reason is that we have the creativity to design a unique concept or program suited specifically to your marketing requirements and then carry it through to completion.
